During her time studying, Cait has had a keen interest in nutrition. As a training and competing athlete herself, the main focus was performance, biomechanics, and the effect that nutrition and diet had on individuals, teams, and their performance. However, this shifted to a more personalised approach during her most recent studies. Appreciating that we are all different and have unique requirements is one of the most powerful tools in a therapist’s toolkit.

After graduating in Nutritional Therapy, Cait is excited to share and further develop her knowledge and understanding in personalised nutrition. In her spare time, Cait loves to practise what she preaches and gets outdoors into nature; either hiking, surfing, or exploring, not to mention finding fantastic new foods.
