For many people, nutritional supplementation can be an important and useful adjunct to a healthy diet. Individuals taking any prescription medications or who are under medical supervision should consult a doctor before taking any supplements. Some products may interact with medication and, whilst we endeavour to provide warnings for major contraindications on our labels, these cannot be exhaustive.
