Nutrisorb Methyl FolGuard® is a high potency liquid folate and vitamin B12, in a simple water base, to support energy, mental health and wellbeing, immunity and methylation. It also supports the nervous system, red blood cell formation and cell division.

Folate and vitamin B12 are provided in their naturally active forms, as methylfolate and methylcobalamin, which are better absorbed and used by the body. Some people are less able to efficiently convert folic acid to methylfolate, due to genetic variations in the MTHFR enzyme, making methylfolate a more effective option for everyone. Nutrisorb Methyl FolGuard® is easily mixed into liquids or taken under the tongue, convenient to use on the go. It's an alternative to tablets or capsules, or for those with digestive and absorption difficulties, with flexible dosing so you only use what you need.
