Nutrisorb Methylfolate is a high potency liquid folate supplement in a simple water base, providing 400mcg of folate per 4 drops, to support methylation, energy and pregnancy. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Folate is provided in its naturally active form, as methylfolate, which is better absorbed and used by the body. Some people are less able to efficiently convert folic acid to methylfolate, due to genetic variations in the MTHFR enzyme, making methylfolate a more effective option for everyone. Nutrisorb Methylfolate is easily mixed into liquids or taken under the tongue, convenient to use on the go. It's an alternative to tablets or capsules, or for those with digestive and absorption difficulties, with flexible dosing so you only use what you need.
