Phosphatidyl Serine provides 200mg of phosphatidylserine per daily dose, from 334mg of Sharp-PS Green® sunflower lecithin. Unlike many phosphatidylserine supplements, it's sourced from sunflower rather than soya, so it's allergen free and not genetically modified.
Phosphatidyl Serine is presented in easy to swallow vegetable capsules, taken as one capsule twice daily with food.
