Menopause Multinutrient is an advanced multivitamin for women's health during and after menopause, containing vitamin B6 to support female hormones, with magnesium, zinc, green tea and lycopene. Vitamin B6 also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, zinc contributes to the normal maintenance of skin, hair and nails, and vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Menopause Multinutrient includes optimally absorbed nutrient forms such as methylfolate and methyl B12. Every woman's experience of menopause is different, shaped by factors that may include exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals, chronic stress, a diet not matched to changing needs, and genetic predisposition to lower oestrogen levels or altered detoxification. Menopause Multinutrient is presented in easy to swallow capsules, taken as two capsules at breakfast and one at lunch.

Recommended Intake

3 capsules taken daily with food, 2 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, or as professionally directed. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Cautionary Advice

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Do not purchase if the seal is broken.
