Iron Complex contains iron citrate, a nutrient form that's gentle on the stomach and ideal for those sensitive to standard iron supplements. Iron supports the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, supporting the transport of oxygen around the body, and vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Vitamin B2 supports red blood cell formation and iron metabolism, and together with vitamin C and iron, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vegans, vegetarians and menstruating women may be at higher risk of iron deficiency, and some people may naturally be more prone to reduced iron absorption or utilisation. Iron Complex is presented in easy to swallow capsules, taken as one capsule daily.
