What is a Practitioner Referral Scheme?
A Practitioner Referral Scheme enables you as a practitioner to refer your clients, friends and family to order directly from us. When they order with us you will receive a referral payment with up to 30%.

This enables you to refer your clients to order directly from us, whilst rewarding you with a 30% referral payment on the invoice total of your clients' orders (net VAT), every month.
How does the Practitioner Referral Scheme work?

When registering with us, you will be set up with a trade account and a referral account. You can then pass on your unique referral code and receive a 30% referral payment on the invoice total of your clients orders (net VAT), every month. You can also choose to pass on a percentage of the referral payment to your clients, by way of a client discount. Start using the scheme today and have peace of mind that your clients, friends and family are taking the best product for them, whilst you get rewarded.
If you wish to pass on a percentage of your referral payment to your clients, by way of a client discount, you can choose the percentage amount (anything between 5% and 30%) that you wish to offer.
Client referral payments are made on a monthly basis via BACS payment. To set this up please contact our Customer Service team a call on 0121 433 3727 or drop us an email customerservice@biocare.co.uk. Each month you will receive a statement from us, detailing what referral payments you have received from orders that month, and payments will be made to your bank account.
You can then pass on your referral code and when your client places their order with us, by telephone or on our website, they’ll quote or enter your referral code (within ‘account information’ on their web account). If you’ve set a client discount this will be applied to their order.
Your clients, friends and family can continue to use your referral code for as long as they require, and you will continue to receive referral payments.
By using the scheme, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your clients, friends and family are taking the best products for them, and it’s rewarding for you too!
3 steps to start benefiting from our Practitioner Referral Program today
Step 1
Register for a Practitioner Trade Account
When registering with us, you will be set up with a trade account and a Practitioner Referral account.
The Practitioner Referral account enables you to refer your clients to order directly from us, whilst rewarding you with a 30% referral payment on the invoice total of your clients' orders (net VAT), every month.
When you register, you can choose to pass on a percentage of the referral payment to your clients, by way of a client discount.
Step 2
Give your unique Referral Code to your Clients, Friends and Family
After registering, you will be given your unique referral code via email.
(This is not to be confused with your BioCare Account number).
If you are unsure about what your unique referral code is, you can find this on your registration email. It will also be on any practitioner newsletter emails you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 121 433 3727 or via email at: customerservice@biocare.co.uk
Step 3
Receive Client Referral Payments
Client referral payments are made on a monthly basis via BACS payment. This is why we collect your bank details on register.
Each month you will receive a statement from us, detailing what referral payments you have received from orders that month, and payments will be made to your bank account.
Your clients, friends and family can continue to use your referral code for as long as they require, and you will continue to receive referral payments.

FAQs
What is the easiest way to share products with my clients, friends and family?
The easiest way to share products with your clients, friends and family is to use our 'share a basket' feature.
This feature allows you to email your recommended product basket to your clients for them to purchase. Your client discount will automatically be applied to their order. To use our share a basket feature
1) Simply added all your recommended products to your basket
2) At your basket, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a 'share a basket' feature (shown below)
3) Simply enter your client’s name and email address at your basket and press send. This will email your client with your recommended basket.
You can also just share Practitioner Referral code with your clients, family and friends directly, but in order for them to get the discount, they will need to add your Practitioner Referral code to their BioCare account.
There are two ways to do this. You can either get the person you referred to contact our friendly Customer Service Team on +44 (0) 121 433 3727 to do this for them, or they can do themselves this via our website. To do this, the person you have referred will need to...
1) Sign in their BioCare Account (top right of the website)
2) Once they were signed in, they will need to click on their name (top right of the website) and click on 'My Account'
3) Click on 'Account Information' and enter your unique code in the 'Practitioner Referral Code' box and press 'Save (Shown below)
I am a new practitioner, how do I register for a Practitioner Referral account?
All new practitioners need to register for a BioCare Practitioner Account. You can register for Practitioner Trade Account here
How do I set how much client discount I give?
When you register, you will be asked how much client discount you want to pass on to your clients, family and friends. You can choose not to discount at all or give up to 30%. Please note any discount you do give will be taken from your 30% commissions. The discount can be changed any time but can only be changed by our Customer Service Team.
Can I change the amount of client discount I give?
The discount can be changed at any time through speaking to our friendly Customer Service Team on +44 (0) 121 433 3727
How do I change my bank details?

Our ‘share a basket’ feature is a handy tool that allows you to select your recommended products on our website and email the basket to your clients for them to purchase. This feature will also allow you to earn a referral payment on this basket or pass on your referral discount to your client.
