Osteo Intensive smoothie recipe

We often forget to maintain our bone health until we injure or break a bone, and are reminded just how important it is! So, we have created a smoothie containing all the key nutrients needed for strong, healthy bones.

Your bones are living structural tissue, which require certain key minerals and vitamins to maintain their significant role. Let’s be honest, without our bones we would become a pile of jelly. Throughout all phases of life, our bone tissue is changing and growing to ensure you are supported physically, without us even noticing, let us be the first to inform you just how important it is to have the right support in place to ensure we have strong, healthy bones.

This creamy, delicious smoothie is packed with all the key nutrients needed to support your musculoskeletal health, including calcium, magnesium, and K. We overhauled this recipe with our Osteo Intensive powder, specifically designed to support bone health. Containing the well-known bone-supporting vitamin D3, K2 (as MK-7) and calcium, as well as the lesser known boron, manganese and horsetail extract for naturally-occurring silicon.

Serves two or one large smoothie

Ingredients

• 1 heaped teaspoon Osteo Intensive
• 1/3 teaspoon of Vitamin C Powder*
• 1.5 tablespoon coconut yogurt
• 300ml almond milk
• 1 tablespoon almond butter
• 1 small banana
• 1 teaspoon tahini
• 1 tablespoon chia nibs
• Sprinkle cacao nibs*

* Optional

Method

• Put all ingredients into the blender
• Blend until smooth and creamy.
• Enjoy!
