Debbie Grayson
BSc (Pharm), DipNT, mBANT
Known as the Godmother of Pharmacology, Debbie has over 30 years experience as a pharmacist with additional training as a nutritional therapist. She is widely recognised as the expert on the impact of medication on the body and the interaction between medication, nutritional status and supplements. Debbie runs Practice with Confidence providing clinical training courses and mentoring.


Tanya Borowski
Dip CNM, mANP, mGNC, IFMCP
Tanya has spent the past two decades studying nutrition, human biology, functional medicine & women’s health education. She has empowered thousands with her workshops, retreats, 1:1 clinical work and practitioner programmes. Tanya regularly lectures for the College of Naturopathic Medicine, The Institute for Optimum Nutrition and The University of Worcester. Tanya is also the Head of Education for Amrita Nutrition.


Kat Bright
Nutritional Therapist mBANT, mCNHC
Kat Bright is a Nutritional Therapist and recipe developer with a focus on female hormone health and weight management. She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to practice, recognising that sustainable change happens when advice is realistic and personalised. Her practical, time-saving strategies and simple nourishing recipes make health eating achievable and enjoyable.


Emma Beswick
MBA, Dip CNM, mBANT, mCNHC
Emma is an experienced nutritional therapist and co-founder of Lifecode Gx – the leading nutrigenetic testing and training company. Emma lectures widely on the subject of nutrigenomics and is well known and respected for her knowledge and ability to present complex aspects of nutrigenomics in an accessible and clinically relevant way. She has particular, and personal interests in women’s health, neurological health, metabolism, and health span.


Alessandro Ferretti
Dip ION, mBANT, ANP
Alessandro was born and raised in Northern Italy, where his ‘nonna’ passed on some solid, and delicious, nutritional legacies. Having graduated from the Institute or Optimum Nutrition in 2001, Alessandro has now spent almost a quarter of a century working in the nutritional field and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from. In particular, he’s spent many years researching nutrigenomics and the relationship between heart rate variability (HRV) and blood glucose levels. His unique ability to see the body in new light, and to convey his understanding in a simple and often amusing way, has made him in demand as a lecturer, both nationally and internationally.


Dr Abbi Lulsegged
BSc MBBS MRCP FRCP
Practising in multiple clinics around central London and southern England, Dr Abbi Lulsegged is a highly skilled Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist, treating patients from all over the UK and overseas. Dr Lulsegged is a firm believer in a holistic, patient-centred approach to treatment and strives to identify the root cause(s) of his patients’ problems in order to guide appropriate treatment.

Is lunch provided?
Yes, buffet lunch will be provided and included in the event ticket price. The lunch provided is gluten free and dairy free, with a vegan option available. If you have any specific requirements, please add a comment on the registration form.
Is the handout and the recording going to be provided?
Yes, there will be a printed handout provided on the day. A PDF handout and the recording will be made available after the event to all the attendees.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the event?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to and including 11th September 2025 (one month before the event). Cancellations made after 11th September 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. However, you will still receive the event recording, presentation handout, and a free product.
How do I cancel my place?

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Is there parking?
The venue does not have its own car park. The nearest car park is the NCP car park- 6-7 Weymouth Mews.
