Liposomal Vitamin C is an advanced, effective and optimally absorbed liquid vitamin C, using the best liposomal technology available. It's provided in a base of sunflower lecithin, which contains phosphatidylcholine and choline. Vitamin C in foods degrades over time and is sensitive to light and heat, and some people may naturally absorb or use certain vitamins less efficiently. Liposomal Vitamin C is presented with a great lime taste, taken as one teaspoon (5ml) daily.
