We work hard to ensure your orders are delivered to you with care as quickly as possible.

Due to the Easter Bank Holiday, our Customer Service & Clinical Nutrition telephone lines will be closed until Tuesday 2nd April. Orders placed online over the Bank Holiday will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd April. Thank you for your patience. 


23/06/23 To mark the 35th anniversary of BioCare, we will be closing our office from 12.00pm today. You can still place orders online, however our Customer Service and Clinical teams are not available to receive your call. Any voicemail messages, emails or orders will be responded to on Monday. UK Delivery Services

We want to ensure your orders are delivered to you with care as quickly and easily as possible. That’s why we’ve increased our next working day delivery cut off time from 2pm to 5pm and upgraded our standard delivery service to Royal Mail Tracked 24, a 24-hour tracked delivery service, at no extra cost to you!

For UK Royal Mail or UPS orders, as long as you provide us with a mobile number or email, an SMS or email will be sent to you on the same evening that your order is placed, confirming the courier has received your package. A follow-up SMS or email will be sent on the morning of delivery, to let you know what time your package will be with you.

 *Trade customers are required to spend over £25.00 excluding VAT. Please note orders placed on a Friday after 5pm and over a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.*

UK Returns Service

We care about people being the healthiest they can be, so we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return it, please follow the steps below.

  • Log a return via the Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal https://www.biocare.co.uk/royal-mail-returns to create the returns label.
  • Please add your order number to the returns label for easier identification, and specify why you wish to return the item.
  • You will then receive an email with the label attached as well as a QR code in the email, giving you the option to either print the label or take the QR code on your phone to either a Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (depot), where the QR code can be scanned and the label printed at the site.
  • Please send your return item back to us, in its original condition within 30 days from delivery of your order.
  • Once your return has been received you will be refunded within 14 days for the price paid (net of any discount) including the standard delivery charge if applicable.
  • You won’t pay anything to return unwanted items.

International Delivery Services

International delivery charges vary by weight and destination. Your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout prior to payment being taken. For further information please refer to our terms and conditions.

For overseas orders, as long as you provide us with a mobile number or email, you will receive an SMS or email when your package leaves the our courier's depot in the UK, and another SMS or email once it reaches your country. A further SMS or email will be sent prior to delivery so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.

 
Delivery time:

Europe: orders are sent by UPS and delivery takes 5-7 days

Rest of the World: orders are sent by Fedex Cross Border and delivery take 7-10 days

International embargos & shipping delays

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship any orders into the EU due to new limitations imposed by our existing shipping partner. Please bear with us as we seek alternative methods. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please be aware that there are a few countries we aren't shipping to as a result of COVID-19 embargos and/or delays. Please see the table below for the full list of countries we are shipping to. If your shipping country is not on this list, please keep checking back as this list will be updated regularly.

Please also note that there may be additional delays of around 2 weeks when shipping internationally due to COVID-19 and peak season ordering. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team if you require more information.

Delivery FAQs

How long will my order take to be delivered?

UK orders placed up to the value of £149.99 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 post and will be dispatched for next working day delivery if the order is placed with us before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders places after 5pm on a Friday and over a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

UK orders placed over the value of £150.00 will be dispatched by courier for next day delivery if the order is placed with us before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched by the following day. Orders places after 2pm on a Friday and over a weekend will be sent Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Orders going outside of the UK but within the EU are estimated to take 5-7 working days for delivery.

Orders going outside the EU are estimated to take 7-10 working days for delivery.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact our Customer Service team on 0121 433 3727 as soon as possible.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we have a dedicated Customer Service team available Monday – Friday 8.30-17.00, ready to take your order over the phone. Just call +44(0)121 433 3727. 

Do I have to register? 

Yes, you do need to register for an account in order to place an order. We do not offer a guest checkout option currently. Whilst registering, please consider opting into marketing communications so we can keep you up to date with latest offers, product and health news.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major Debit & Credit Cards and PayPal.

What is your returns policy?
