Complete Collagen Powder is a blend of collagen peptides, elastin, vitamin C and silica for skin, hair, nails, joints and bones. Recommended Intake
1 level teaspoon (approx 3g) taken daily, or as professionally directed. Stir directly into food, hot or cold drinks.
