  Returns & Refunds

At BioCare we want you to be happy with your order. Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased just return them to us in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days and we will replace them or issue a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Should the goods be damaged or faulty, you must inform us within three days of delivery.

Please include the returns slip that comes with your order with the goods you are returning and make sure you include your returns number. A refund will NOT be given without a returns number.

We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received the goods. Please note that credits will NOT be used for carriage charges. We will also charge £7.50 + VAT to collect unwanted items. Unwanted special order items may be charged an additional handling charge.
